Product Details

  • 3/8” O.D. X .014” copper tube wall thickness, available in smooth or rifled tubing.
  • 5/8” O.D. X .020” copper tube wall thickness
  • 1/2” O.D. X .017” copper tube wall thickness
  • Tempered aluminum, die-formed plate fins available in a corrugated surface or a flat surface with a waffle edge and extruded fin collars
  • 16-gauge, G-90 galvanized sheet steel casing
  • Depths of up to 12 rows with a single fin pack
  • Depths of up to 24 rows with a split fin design
  • Fin heights up to 96″
  • Fin spacing ranges from 4 FPI to 14 FPI
  • Tubes are mechanically expanded into the fins
  • Tube sheets are die-formed and full collared and are full coil depth
  • Connections can be exactly matched to existing coil or piping arrangement
  • Leak-tested in a warm water tank
  • Coils are ETL Labeled
  • Hairpin return bends or replaceable return bends with heavier tube wall thickness
  • Sine fin to fin shapes available – even though we only offer Sine in 5/8″

  • 1/2” O.D. X .025” and .032” copper tube wall thicknesses

  • Copper, acrylic coated plate fins, and aluminum (up to .010 fin thickness) fin materials
  • Baked epoxy or phenolic coating or cross-linked acrylic coating for corrosive applications
  • Spray coatings using epoxy and phenolic based materials
  • Split vertical fin coils with factory fabricated casings for special applications with integral drain pans
  • Mechanically expanded fin lengths up to 244”
  • Copper, aluminum or stainless steel casings
  • Carbon steel casings and high integrity/low leakage casings for high pressure boxes
  • Casing flange options: Stacking, Inverted, Flat, Removable shipping covers

  • Ultra Case tube sheet – an extruded copper tube sheet supported by a stainless steel casing. As a result, the copper tubes are expanded into a copper tube sheet, eliminating dissimilar metals and providing a mating surface that is significantly less abrasive
